Source: Recombinant Human TGF-beta 2 (accession number P61812) (Ala303-Ser414) is expressed in HEK293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The 112 amino acid protein has a predicted molecular weight of 12.7kDa. The protein migrates at approximately 12kDa on SDS-PAGE with DTT-reduced condition and at approximately 24kDa on SDS-PAGE with the non-reduced condition.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 4 mM HCl.
