The BT-plex™ Human Anti-SARS CoV2 NP and SP Total IgG kit is 2-plex assay panel, using fluorescence-encoded magnetic beads optimized for use with regular flow cytometers. The panel simultaneously detects specific human anti-SARS CoV2 spike protein total IgG and anti-Nucleocapsid protein total IgG in the same sample. The assay panel has been validated for use on serum/plasma and other sample types. The assay panel provides better detection robustness, broader dynamic ranges, and less hands-on time than traditional ELISA methods.
