Source: Recombinant Human IL-23 (accession number Ile23-Ser328&Arg20-Pro189) (P29460&Q9NPF7) with a 6His tag at the C-terminus is expressed in HEK293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The 306&176 amino acid heterodimeric protein (with the linker) has a predicted molecular weight of 55.2kDa. The protein migrates at approximately 60-90kDa on SDS-PAGE with DTT-reduced condition.

Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS,pH7.4.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug) as determined by LAL test.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage and Handling: Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
